• No ratings, rankings, or endorsement systems

• You must use the platform lawfully

4. User Contributions

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content reflects your genuine experience
• The content is not false or misleading
• You have the right to submit the content

All contributions are public and may be viewed by others.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not submit content that:

• Targets or attacks individuals (artists, venues, staff, attendees)
• Contains racist, sexist, discriminatory, or abusive language
• Is defamatory or misleading
• Is spam, promotional, or unrelated to genuine experience
• Attempts to engage or respond to other users

If you did not enjoy an event, you may state this. Additional detail must remain focused on your experience and not individuals.

6. Moderation

WE! reserves the right to:

• Edit, remove, or refuse content
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Act without prior notice

All moderation decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant WE! a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish, and adapt it.

All platform design, structure, and branding remain the property of WE!.

8. Nature of Content

Content reflects subjective personal experiences.

WE! does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or agreement between users.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WE! is not liable for:

• Event inaccuracies or cancellations
• User-submitted content
• Platform interruptions

Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

WE! collects and manages data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Platform

WE! may modify the platform or these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Termination
